The Original

The Little Red Schoolhouse

Dinwiddie, Virginia

This is where it all started. Dennita left the public school system after 24 years. She started with 15 children in a church down the road — no building of her own, no playbook to follow. She proved the model worked, then built her own schoolhouse on her farm.

Today she has 40 students, kindergarteners reading 75 words per minute, and demand so high a second building is going up right next to the first. The proof of concept for everything the network teaches.

Growing Grace was born from a simple conviction: children grow best when they're known, loved, and rooted in Christ. Trisha built a school where mornings are for phonics, reading, writing, and the Word — and afternoons are spent outdoors in hands-on life skills, with a weekly visit to a local farm.

Maple Hill began around a kitchen table, with two parents asking what their children really needed. Steve and Samantha set out to build the school they'd want for their own family — where children are known by name, character matters as much as a report card, and Christ is at the center.

Chris & Jessica

Lighthouse didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a vision God placed on Jessica's heart at her kitchen counter on an ordinary Tuesday. Ever since, Chris and Jessica have prayed the same prayer — "Lord, here we are. Send us" — building a school that belongs to Him and to the families gathered on the hill.

She figured out every piece herself and is now expanding into a second building because demand outgrew the first. If she can do that in Dinwiddie, there is no community in America where this can't work.
